Bush signs H.R. 3402, The Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005, during a ceremony in the Oval Office Thursday, Jan. 5, 2005. The bill is a comprehensive package that reauthorizes Department of Justice programs to combat domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
