President George W. Bush and Laura Bush participate in a prayer led by Reverend Daniel Coughlin, House Chaplain, in honor of Rosa Parks during a wreath-laying ceremony in the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., Sunday Oct. 30, 2005. Rosa Parks passed away Monday, Oct. 24th.
