Subject: Afghan Children's Fund
Dear Mr. President,
I thought you might be interested to know how one family is supporting the fund.
My daughter and her children, 5 & 8, are baking cookies. Cookies are heart-shaped because the 8 yr old came up with the slogan "Help Heal Their Hearts".
They are wrapping the cookies fastening one end with American ribbons and the other with Afghan ribbons. All proceeds will be sent to the fund. Needless to say they sell as quickly as they can be baked.
