- BILL TITLE: Ivanpah Valley Airport Public Lands Transfer Act
- BILL PURPOSE: Conveys approximately 6,400 acres of federal lands in Ivanpah Valley, Nevada to Clark County, Nevada for the purpose of developing an airport facility.
- OMB ESTIMATE: P.L. 106-362 provides for the conveyance of land at fair market value and authorizes the Department of Interior to spend the sale proceeds. The sale is expected to occur in 2002, but the proceeds are not estimated to be spent until 2005.
