President Bush to Nominate Ten Individuals to Serve as Members of the Federal Judiciary
President George W. Bush today announced his nomination of ten individuals to serve as members of the Federal Judiciary.
The President has nominated D. Brooks Smith to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.
The President has nominated David C. Bury to be United States District Judge for the District of Arizona.
The President has nominated Cindy K. Jorgenson to be United States District Judge for the District of Arizona.
The President has nominated Frederick J. Martone to be United States District Judge for the District of Arizona.
The President has nominated Robert E. Blackburn to be United States District Judge for the District of Colorado.
The President has nominated Marcia S. Krieger to be United States District Judge for the District of Colorado.
The President has nominated Julie A. Robinson to be United States District Judge for the District of Kansas.
The President has nominated James C. Mahan, Sr. to be United States District Judge for the District of Nevada.
The President has nominated Richard J. Leon to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.
The President has nominated Thomas B. Wells to serve as second term as a Judge of the United States Tax Court.
